What Real Estate Company Expects from its Sales Team.

technology available to us has changed the way we think and operate. There is progress in every field of work.
Technology has impacted the process of design, product conceptualization and product
development. This allows faster product development for end users.
With technology expanding every day, the
number of real estate companies in Kenya keeps growing and their
specializations grows. This calls for need of creating a business niche’.
Real estate business is changing and this is
what we expect in future rom real estate agents. Technology with its constant
impact on consumers has brought an effect in consumer interaction. Many real
estate agents are depending on technology to circumnavigate the real estate
business. In the process consumers who are the end users need to adjust to the
needs of property providers.
Sales agents are always armed with product
information of a particular product in their respective companies. They are
more connected to the needs and wants of the customer.
According to Derrick Sirmambo, a leading sales
agent at Qualis Property Developers, in South B, claims, ‘’ a well-focused
company will have to move from traditional sales view to modern one. The modern
one in this sense is the act of embracing technology and connecting with the
consumers outside there who wants to buy real property’’. He further says “with
the emergence of technological creativity against traditional sales mode, real
estate professionals who will run away from these changes will find nil or no
sales in their products”.
Consumers are looking greater consideration on
advice and consulting a lot on with real estate agents. This gives far end
opportunities for those agents who are willing to go far to stay on top as
property specialists. To many this is called property story telling. Having
enormous information on your fingertips about the product you are selling. This
measure excites the buyers and sellers as well. Product features are well delivered
to the end user.
These
sentiments are equally claimed by Vincent Okinyi, a team sales agent at
Wealthsmith Properties Limited in Westlands takes on that “here are normal but
essential skills that for a real estate agent. Professionally, we should be
future focused on how we can maximize technology for better sales delivery. We
need to meet the needs of customers in today’s market”.
He
continues to say ‘’ the goal sales people is to profile potential buyers in
real estate market. This is not easy unless you understand the property journey
and basics that deliver on it. Also buyers cannot understand the context the
company is operating on unless more information and knowledge is put out
through the available technology means’’.
Buyers who technically here are consumers may
not in future to a salesperson who is not master of information. The best real
estate sales people should be fast track on technology as the buyers do so by
accessing information through many channels.
With the increased connectivity in every
organization, sales team should also increase the level of connection with the
buyers in order to increase the company sales.
Retail property is developing
everywhere around the country, thus increasing employment opportunities and
creating skills for new sales people.
